Welcome! I have an "about me" page on the main site, but if you haven't been there, let me tell you a little about myself. I'm male I know lots of things I currently live in VA I love videogames That practically sums up everything you need to know about me. I guess I should also say that I love music and art, though I don't know most of the artists who compose the songs I love. Anyway, use this thread to introduce yourself.

Yo.
I like to write and sing. I'm not a huge gamer though I have played my fair share of videogames back in the days. If I do post here, you won't see me in many of your gaming discussions. Hope that's cool with you.

Sup Huey. Sorry for the late reply. Lots of nonsense going on these past couple of days. I also like music. I wrote a couple of lyrics and I used to be big in my school choir. While I still sing, I haven't been in a choir since High School. I will listen to anything that sounds good.

Guess whos in town! XtremeDragoons here hahahahahaha! Pwnage to the world. It's always funny to me when people say how Video Games take away creativity from young people. Games have always sparked my creativity, not reduced it. I sure see that i'm not the only one either .

Welcome!
Sorry if things are a bit slow, but there is some crap going at my house so I haven't been on the computer these past couple of days. I'm hoping this forum will pick up a little more steam in the future.
Gaming is a creative source for a lot of things. Much like art and music, those who interpret gaming as something negative aren't really following the gaming scene. I've learned quite a bit from gaming actually. Gaming can also help sharpen the mind and increase reflexes. Of course, like many things, if you use games for things other than what is intended, it can be bad for you. For instance, sitting too close to the T.V....Or in the latest news, not HOLDING ON to your wiimote when no rational person would let the controller fly out of their hands. You're SUPPOSED to apply grip to it.

I suppose I should introduce myself as well. I don't really have an "angle", if you wish to call it that, but you may refer to me as Bel Cain, or just Bel, or just Cain, but not BC. BC makes me sound old...so don't call me that. I'm the ever popular behind-the-scenes guy on Gaming Sanctuary, and Yang to Vyse's Yin, or something like that. I'm his twin brother, nuff said. I share a lot of the same hobbies as my brother, but that's probably to be expected, though we're close to being opposites (personality-wise). Don't worry, we won't talk back and forth like we don't know each other, but we also won't plague the forums with crap...it would just be weird as hell to do so. Sup everybody? ... EDIT: I should say I was the ever popular behind-the-scenes guy. ...

Greetings Bel Cain! I haven't been on here in a while, and i am doing well thank you . I have been studying a lot of spiritual things these days, and i am learning a lot about film and movie productions. I hope to learn how to model things in 3d. I think i would be good at it, and i am still as hopeful as ever to develop my own games . Never knew you guys were twins, that's pretty cool. Well the site is wonderful, so gratz to both of yous . The sandwhich story made me LOL.

The sandwhich story made me LOL. LMAO! Nah, the sandwich thing is just made up. I will ocassionally make up silly things like that to show just how bored I am ;D Glad to hear you are well. I too (as well as my brother) are busy with several things lately so an update is gonna be slow. I have packed at least five boxes of game stuff too. We will be moving very soon (although we will still be in VA). We just received a bunch of "junk" CPUs from a pawnshop for free and we are taking them apart to make a couple of "super computers". By super, I'm talking about a computer with about 120 Gigs of memory with additional harddrives installed for even more space. My current computer only has about 9 Gigs TOTAL and about 2.25 Gigs of space remaining. Considering this, we've got a lot accomplished. I have tools to capture gameplay videos now (not just Playstation movies), but the sound is out of sync. I will see if the super computers can handle things better while transferring all my documents to the new ones. I'm aware that there are far more powerful computers, but getting all the stuff for free is really generous. Gotta thank the people who want my site to succeed I have some new pictures of me and my brother thanks to my older brother in New York. If I don't post them on the site, I'll email you a picture or two of us. I also have a couple of photos of my game stuff...though I was in the process of reorganizing when they were taken. You'll see a lot of clutter, though the room is very clean now.

Yeah...being a twin isn't as fun as a lot of people speculate though, lol. It's not like I can force him to do the classic "Do you switch classes?" or "Have you traded girlfriends?" bit. I hated a lot of his teachers (and vice-versa) and trade girls...nah. A gentleman like myself couldn't stomach such an act.
Glad to hear you're good though. I've lurked on many forums for years, but this is the only one I'm signed to.

Super Computer!!! I don't really even know anything much about Supercomputers but that just sounds awesome! What kind of processor speed is it going to have with all those CPUs? That's a nice hard drive too. I am sometime (hopefully soon) going to build me a MAME cabinet! So I am browsing Craigslist and Ebay and such to try to find a good deal on something like a Pentium 4, with 2GHZ or so processor speed. Supposedly that will run everything from the real oldies to the newer lightning fast Neo-Geo type games. Cool, if you want to send me pictures, you will have to send them to my Legndone@yahoo.com account though, AOL doesn't allow attachments . LOL I wouldn't do any of those things either. Do you guys ever share the same thoughts at the same time though? Nice to hear from ya!
